Today many people are bacoming obese ie a little fat.This is mainly due to
thyroid gland malfunction. This gland is situated near the throat.Many thyroid people are definitely obese.
To avoid this such people should not eat oily food,mutton,chicken,fish or other non-vegetarian items.People with obeisty have bulging belly,hands,and legs.
To control obeisity a little exercise,regular walking and yoga can help.Drinking a lot of water can be useful.Pineapple,pappaya,red wine and almonds can be taken.Follow the above said instructions regularly and say

There re two types of cholestrols
HDL- the good one
LDL- the bad one.
It is advisable to take items like apple,pappaya,almond and walnut.
These are believed to reduce LDL and increase HDL.
Avoid killer junk food and live a healthy happy long life !
