                              CHOLESTROL LEVEL AND HEART

 Now a days fat or cholestrol or lipid levels exceed normal limits and lead to heart
problems for many people. It is generally adviced to reduce oily food and salt.It is
good to do walking for 20 miniutes everyday.The awareness to avoid heart problems
is increasing now-a-days.

     There re two types of cholestrols
    HDL- the good one
    LDL- the bad one.

  It is advisable to take items like  apple,pappaya,almond and walnut.
 These are believed to reduce LDL  and increase HDL.
  Avoid killer junk food and live a  healthy happy long life !
